THE NATURE CONSERVANCY OFFERS LANDS FOR SALE

The Adirondack Chapter of The Nature Conservancy (TNC) has announced plans to sell — under conservation easement — approximately 90,500 acres of the former Finch forestlands. The easement will permit leasing to continue at the option of the new landowner(s). This fall TNC is offering current leaseholders an opportunity to renew for three years instead of the typical one-year term. The leases will transer to the new owner(s).
