Finch Paper Controlled Wood Policy

Finch Paper LLC has a written policy, endorsed by company president Joseph F. Raccuia, stating that it will not use wood from the following sources to make Finch Paper:

  1. Wood harvested from forest areas where traditional or civil rights are violated;
  2. Wood harvested from non FSC-certified forest areas having high conservation values, which are threatened;
  3. Wood harvested from genetically modified trees;
  4. Wood that has been illegally harvested;
  5. Wood from natural forests that have been harvested for the purpose of converting the land to plantations or other non-forest use.
