Optimized for quality, speed and runnability
Two different ink technologies have been developed for production inkjet presses: dye-based and pigmented inks. Because the chemistry of these inks is dramatically different, specific paper properties are required to maximize both absorption (for immediate drying) and hold-out (for full-color images). If the same paper is being used for both technologies, the printed result will always be comprimised.
To maximize the return of both pigment and dye-based systems, Finch Paper has engineered specific sheets for each ink technology, Finch Inkjet Pi and Finch DyeJet.
Finch Performance Inkjet Papers are ideal for direct mail, digital book production, bills and statements, and transpromo printing, and are qualified for use on most continuous and drop-on-demand inkjet print engines such as Kodak Prosper and Versamark, Océ Jetstream, HP T-300, Screen Truepress Jet520, and Infoprint 5000.
