We recognize that many of our customers prefer to conduct business through the web—ordering samples, checking specs and the like. But for those who choose personal service or a more consultative approach, we’re there for you, too. Try our 800 numbers and share in the professional satisfaction of one-on-one customer service. We try to answer the phone on the first ring and allow our callers to fashion their requests in a way that suits their own needs avoiding those screen-driven form-fill type conversations (we’ll do the data entry part after you hang up).
Flexibility
There’s a truism in the paper industry that the longer the order backlog, the better. It’s how papermakers optimize machine time and profitability. Finch, however, takes a slightly different approach. We say, the longer the backlog, the less flexibility we have to meet our customers’ needs. So we choose just-in-time manufacturing and delivery. That way, when you call and say you need a certain grade in a certain quantity by a certain day, we have a great chance of saying “yes” to your request.
